Egg Substitute for Cake made from the Box

  Let's be honest.  I'll be.  When you're in a rush, cake from a boxed mix seems to be the solution.  This egg substitute makes this basic box cake pretty awesome.  Yes, I said it, cake from a box can work and taste good. This substitute works like a gem, if you didn't catch that, yet.

Ingredients

Boxed Cake mix

Ingredients that boxed cake mix call for, except the eggs. 

One package of Pudding Mix (I use vanilla or the flavor of my cake mix pudding mix.)

Directions

Prepare the cake mix as directed on box....without the eggs, though.

Mix in the pudding mix.

Bake as box directs.
