Sunflower Butter=Amazing Substitute for Peanut Butter

I am so excited for today!  I am sharing sunflower butter with you!  What?  You get overly excited over that, Maggie? Yes, yes I do.  I mean, a substitute for  ***peanut butter!  This is something to get excited about, people! Don't you agree?

This sunflower butter replaces peanut butter in quite an amazing way.  Remember the chocolate chip cookie dough Greek yogurt dip? Well...the original recipe I found online used peanut butter.  Well..I adapted the recipe and used SUNFLOWER BUTTER!

Here's the link to it....http://sunbutter.com/

****Do, I ask, be careful to make sure the brand of sunflower butter you use is allergy friendly.  I like using SunButter because the label clearly states it is nut free.  Also, make sure you can eat seeds, before you try sunflower butter.

Eating Out with Food Allergies

Eating Out Tips
Eating out with your food allergies can be so hard!  Some waiters/waitresses totally get allergies and some barely know what a food allergy is.  Food allergies are growing, so sooner or later, our society will get better and better with food allergies.  However, while our society is getting better, still, some people need help on understanding the challenges of food allergies.  Here are a few tips for
eating out.

1.  Before ordering, inform your waiter/waitress you have food allergies and what they are.  Then, they can check on the ingredients and preparation for you.
2.  If you're not comfortable at a certain place with your food allergies, don't eat there.  You want to be able to enjoy eating out.
3.  Many places have allergen menus.  Print these menus out and keep them in a binder, so you can look up what you want.

Cream Cheese Frosting

Yum!  This recipe is a traditional, classic frosting recipe that, in my opinion, is quite essential with chocolate cakes, strawberries, the list goes on.....basically, this recipe can be used on anything rich and sweet(The perfect dessert package!).

Just think with me.  A sweet frosting with cream cheese to balance it all out.  Rich, but not too rich.

You should really try this recipe!  It is delicious!

Ingredients
4 Tbs. Softened Butter
2 package Cream Cheese ( 3 oz. packages)
4 and 1/3 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
(milk may be needed)
Directions
Beat together the butter and cream cheese.
Slowly add the powdered sugar.  Mix until smooth.
Add milk if the mixture is too thick.  Add more sugar if the mixture is to thin.
Yes, it is as simple as that!
Enjoy!
