Food allergies seem to be popping up all over the place. About three million (That is a HUGE number!) people report they have tree nut/peanut allergies in America. That is only tree nut/peanut allergies. What about milk, eggs, wheat, seafood, etc.? Studies show that the amount of peanut allergies has TRIPLED from 1997 to 2008. What!? This means there are tons of people just like me (possibly you) that live with these allergies, every day. Pretty mind blowing!
Outgrow? It is totally possible to outgrow these allergies! Most likely, eggs, soy, and milk can be outgrown. Oh yeah! Just keep on hoping!
