Doesn't this look tempting?
Here's one of my life problems: Chocolate chip cookie dough is an amazing treat. It isn't so healthy or good for you as a snack, though. Okay...it's not really a life problem, but it is a problem. This dip is here to rescue you, though! I'm not saying it's super healthy, but it is a whole lot better for you than chocolate chip cookie dough!
Using Greek yogurt, a little bit of sweetener, some sunflower butter(just like peanut butter, but made with sunflower seeds.), and as many chocolate chips as you can handle, you've got an addicting snack(or healthier dessert) on your hands.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
2/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tbs. Brown Sugar(You can try maple syrup or honey as well. Keep in mind this might change up the consistency.)
1 Tbs. Sunflower Butter
Mini Chocolate Chips (optional, but highly recommended.) :)
Apples and/or pretzels for dipping
Directions
Mix all ingredients, but the chocolate chips.
Add the chocolate chips. Mix.
Enjoy!
I adapted this recipe from Mel's Kitchen Cafe to be nut-free.
