Hi everyone! Did you think I disappeared or fell off a cliff? It's okay if you did, because I haven't been around this little blog of mine lately. Hopefully you all had an amazing holiday season! I had an amazing holiday season for sure! Christmas was amazing and magical, as always.:) We woke up, added baby Jesus to our Nativity scene, opened stockings and presents, indulged in my grandma's coffee cake recipe(Hopefully, the recipe will appear here, soon!), and ended the night with games with my family. The next day we headed off to Florida....we just got back. No wonder I've been so absent to this blog. But I'm back...and ready to share a few blogs I really like.
I love reading food blogs. I think I have a slight obsession. Seriously. On weekend nights, I stay up an extra half an hour(or more!) just to read new recipes and see what bloggers have to say. Now, it's time to share some of these blogs with you!
*****Just so everybody is aware, some of these blogs are not completely nut-free and allergy friendly, but they do have many allergy-friendly recipes, so they are worthy of being featured in this post.*****
First up, Mel's Kitchen Cafe! My mom and I love her blog! Her recipes are kid approved and very family friendly! She writes a good balance of healthy entrees and yummy indulgences. She even as a collection of allergy friendly recipes on her sidebar!
Pure Ella is another great read. I have not made many of her recipes, but her inspiring story and healthy options are too good not to share her blog. Many of her recipes are allergy friendly, too!
Nut Free Mom seems like a great blog. I peek at her posts once and a while. She has great tips on how to live through a life with nut allergies.
