Berry Butter

Berries and butter.  Together, they make one of the most tastiest, simplest, berriest (is that a word?) recipes I have ever had.  I mean, how can you not like berries and butter?

Spread on toast, bagels, french toast, pancakes.....the list goes on.

French Toast Recipe (Berry butter is sooooo good on this french toast!)

Berry Butter
Ingredients
1/2 lb. Softened Butter (two sticks)
1/4-1/2 cup Berries (Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries....)
Directions
Beat your butter until fluffy.
Add in your berries.  Beat together.
Lay out foil.  Then lay plastic wrap over the foil.  Place your berry butter on the plastic wrap.  Fold up the plastic wrap and twist on both sides.  Now wrap your plastic wrap with foil.  Twist sides.  The shape should be kind of like how a piece of candy would be wrapped.
Freeze for 30 minutes.  Then, refrigerate.
Serve and enjoy the berry goodness!
