Oven Roasted Vegetables




   This is a common, but greatly enjoyed side dish in my family.  We love it!  The vegetables are roasted to perfection, making one of my favorite side dishes!  The great thing about this dish, you can serve it with just about anything for dinner.
    
    The amounts are all to your liking.  You need only enough olive oil to coat the vegetables and kosher salt and pepper to season to your liking.

Oven Roasted Vegetables 
Ingredients
Broccoli
Baby Bella Mushrooms
Olive Oil 
Kosher Salt
Pepper
Directions 
Preheat oven to 425F. 
Cut broccoli florets into bite sized pieces.
Cut mushrooms in half.
Mix kosher salt, pepper, and oil together in a plastic bag. 
Add in your vegetables and shake!  Make sure to get the vegetables coated. 
Spread your vegetables on a jelly roll pan. 
Bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes.
