The Best Eggless Sugar Cookies

Oh my goodness.  These sugar cookies are sugary, light, crispy on the outside but soft in the inside.  The fun part is rolling out the dough and dusting your whole kitchen in flour.  A special thing you can do with eggless cookies, is eat the dough.  It is eggless, so there are no raw eggs to prevent you from inhaling this scrumptious cookie dough.

Sugar cookies have endless possibilities.  Cut them out with whatever shapes.  Frost them with bright colors.  Creativity in the kitchen!
Go to Vanilla Frosting Recipe for the perfect frosting to frost these cookies with.
Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 cup Butter (two sticks)
1/4 cup Skim Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Cream of tarter
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Directions
Mix butter and powdered sugar.
Pour in your vanilla and milk.
Mix.
Add remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least two hours.  (You can refrigerate overnight.)
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grab your rolling pin, cutters, some additional flour, and your dough.  Using your rolling pin, roll out your dough to your desired thickness.  Cut out into desired shapes.  Using remaining dough, roll a ball, roll out, and cut.  Repeat until there is not a enough dough to make another cookie.
Lightly grease your pan.
Bake cookies at 350F until golden brown on the bottom of the cookie.  DO NOT OVER BAKE! Our magic number is usually 10-11 minutes.
Frost with frosting.
Enjoy your cookies!
