Chocolate Cream Cheese Stuffed Strawberries. Oh my goodness! Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits. I had this delicious stuffed strawberry, similar to this, but drizzled with chocolate. Why not fill the strawberries with chocolate, too? So, I added chocolate to my filling. Whoa....a new delicious dessert.
Imagine this. A sweet strawberry. A cream cheese frosting. A hint of chocolate. A light touch of whipped cream. All together. I don't know about you, but my mouth is watering.
Dozen Strawberries
1/2 cup Cream Cheese(I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese)
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup Chocolate Baking Chips
Whipped Cream(Optional)
Directions
Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Melt chocolate.
Add to cream cheese mixture.
Cut out the middles of your strawberries.
Fill your strawberries with filling.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Top with whipped cream.
Enjoy!
