These are so playful and elegant. I love the artsy look.
For this nail art you'll need two bright colors of nail polish(I used silver and pink nail-pens) and (optional) a top coat.
Paint a thin strip at the top of your nail with a bright color.
Add a few polka dots under your thin strip. Do with all fingers, but the thumb.
Paint a flower on the thumbs.
Let dry....
There you go, a beautiful hand.
Add the clear coat.
